This triathlon training plan is designed for beginner and intermediate athletes aiming to complete their first race or improve their times. It’s a manageable sprint-distance plan that emphasizes brick sessions, hills, and intervals to fine-tune race-day performance, especially for the hilly Lake George course, while maintaining the right intensity to reduce injury risk. I personally followed this plan and achieved a personal record (PR) in my most recent sprint-distance triathlon. Try this plan and with the right diet and consistency you can have a great race too.
