Plan Description

This plan is best for:
•Beginner-to-intermediate athletes who want to complete a sprint triathlon (750m swim, 20km bike, 5km run).
•Those who:
-Can set aside 3-5 hours per week.
-Can swim 100m non-stop, any stroke, cycle an hour easy, or run/jog an hour easy.
-Are moderately fit, and free of any injury.

You do not need a power meter, heart rate monitor, indoor trainer, smart watch, or special equipment, but this plan does support the use of those.

Includes structured workouts for the runs which will go directly into your watch (like Garmin) the day of the run.

Includes swim technique videos and guidance around all workouts.

Includes email access to coach Andrew Patterson for any advice, support, or help you may need.
