Plan Description

This plan is a bolt on for any time crunched triathlete to improve their triathlon 5k.
It builds on the fitness you have, sharpens it up and gets your body used to the intensity you would race your sprint 5k at. add 1 brick session a week (normally after your weekend bike) and looks like this:
Straight off the bike,
quick transition (as you would race day)
Run 5min at 5k race pace
followed by 10min cool down reducing effort ending in a walk
