Willkommen zu diesem 10-wöchigen Programm.
Der Einstieg in einen faszinierenden Sport.
Sprintdistanz: 500m // 20km // 5km
Der richtige Plan, wenn du bereits Triathlonerfahrung hast und regelmäßig schwimmst, radfährst und läufst.
Schwimmen nach Pace
Radfahren nach Puls
Laufen nach Puls und Pace
Bitte versorge alle Einheiten über 30min mit mindestens 60g Kohlenhydrate pro Stunde und verzichte auf Nüchterntraining.
In der ersten Woche findet ein Schwimmtest statt, bitte trage das Ergebnis in deinen Zonen unter swim pace ein.
Deine HRmax trägst du bitte unter default heart rate ein.
Zusätzlich beinhaltet der Plan:

Regenerationseinheiten

Welcome to this 10-week program.
An introduction to a fascinating sport.
Sprint Distance: 500m // 20km // 5km
The right plan if you already have triathlon experience and swim, bike and run regularly.
Swimming based on pace
Cycling based on heart rate
Running based on heart rate and pace
There will be a swimming test in the first week, please enter the result in your zones under swim pace.
Please provide all units over 30 minutes with at least 60g of carbohydrates per hour and avoid fasting training.
Please enter your HRmax under default heart rate.
The plan also includes:
Stabilization exercises
Recovery sessions
