Plan Description

This plan is for a beginner or intermediate type athlete. It is a 16 week program, 15 weeks of a build to a race and 1 recovery week after the the race. Daily bike run workouts, strength train exercises and recovery days are all included. All of the workouts are based on perceived effort so if you do not have a heart rate monitor or power meter, you can still understand the workout efforts. Some weeks will have a quick read of tips and informative info for you. Please read the information.
