Plan Description
Targeted towards completing a sprint triathlon strongly for a Intermediate triathlete, 5-6 days a week of training across swim, bike and run (typical 2 swims, 2-3 bikes, 2-3 runs or brick sessions), based on HR training. unlimited email support from our full time professional, multi discipline qualified coaches.
you'll need a heart rate monitor / Garmin, Apple watch or similar, a bike (and preferably a turbo trainer) and you're ready to get started and finish strongly!
