A pool-based sprint triathlon plan built around rate of perceived exertion, rather than requiring power or heart-rate data.
This 10-week programme is for athletes who want clear guidance without becoming overly dependent on numbers. Sessions use RPE to help you understand the right effort, develop confidence in judging your pace and build fitness across swim, bike and run.
The plan is balanced, progressive and practical. You will still cover the race-specific work that matters, including brick sessions and transition practice, while keeping the weekly load manageable.
Written in the way we coach at TCC Endurance: practical, progressive and honest.
