Prepare for the journey ahead with a four to six-week base endurance training phase before beginning this plan as our program kicks off with a VO2 interval training session in week one, setting the tone for what's to come. Strengthen your technique and endurance during swim sessions while laying the groundwork for a stellar performance.

With a focus on heart rate-based training, our plan ensures optimal performance. We recommend using a Garmin-type device for precise monitoring, with the option to incorporate power metrics for both bike and run sessions.
