Plan Description
This Sprint Triathlon plan is designed for advanced athletes who want a structured, effective approach to training.
It includes power-based bike sessions, pace-based run sessions, and a combination of pace and RPE for swimming, ensuring a balanced and progressive build-up to race day.
Using a cyclical non-linear periodisation model, each week builds on the last, helping you develop fitness while managing fatigue to stay strong, consistent, and race-ready.
