Plan Description

Dieser Plan schließt sich an meinen Trainingsplan Triathlon Start 10 Weeks Aufbau - Intermediate an und nutzt die Trainingsfortschritte, des vorangegangenen Plans optimal aus.
Du kannst diesen Plan aber auch in dein persönliches Training integrieren oder an andere Pläne anschließen.

In den letzten 6 Wochen vor deinem Wettkampf verleiht dir dieser Plan den nötigen Feinschliff und bereitet dich optimal auf die Wettkampfbelastung vor. Einem erfolgreichen Wettkampf steht somit nichts mehr im Weg.


Bevor du in das Training einsteigst solltest du aber zuvor schon regelmäßig trainiert haben und an mindestens 6-7 Stunden / Woche Trainingsumfang gewöhnt sein. Ein konsequenter und strukturierter Trainingsaufbau ist im Vorfeld zu diesem Plan sehr zu empfehlen.
Zudem solltest du bereits deine Trainingsbereiche (Herzfrequenz) für die Lauf- und Radeinheiten, sowie dein Laktatschwellen-Schwimmtempo und deine daraus resultierenden Trainingszonen kennen.
