Plan Description

Dieser Plan richtet sich an Triathleten und Triathletinnen, die bereits Wettkampferfahrung auf der Sprintdistanz haben und in der kommenden Saison ihre persönlichen Bestzeiten knacken wollen. Du solltest bereits an mindestens 5 Stunden Training pro Woche gewöhnt sein und nicht aus einer längeren Sportpause bzw. Verletzungspause in diesen Plan einsteigen.
Für die erfolgreiche Durchführung der Einheiten benötigst du eine GPS-Uhr, Herzfrequenzmessung, Schwimmpaddles und einen Pull Buoy. Zusätzlich empfehle ich einen Radcomputer.

Zudem solltest du bereits deine Trainingsbereiche (Herzfrequenz) für die Lauf- und Radeinheiten, sowie dein Laktatschwellen-Schwimmtempo und deine daraus resultierenden Trainingszonen kennen. Solltest du deine Trainingsbereiche nicht kennen, schreib mir gerne eine Nachricht und ich helfe dir diese vorab zu ermitteln. Dann steht einem erfolgreichen Start nichts mehr im Weg.
