Plan Description

Couch to Novice Triathlon Plan - no complex sets, no special equipment to buy.
We have based all the sessions on RPE (rate of perceived exertion), you can find our handy reference guide here: https://k3tri.com/wp-content/uploads/2023/05/K3-Triathlon-Coaching-RPE-Scale.png

This plan is designed for the brand new triathlete to help build a strong base fitness and confidently complete their first Novice Triathlon.

Before staring you should be in reasonably good health, know how to swim and be able to complete a 30 minute workout, with breaks as necessary.

This plan prescribes a minimum of 3 workout per week- 1 swim, 1 bike and 1 run and at its peak requires no more than 4hrs of training for the week.
