    This is an 12-week sprint distance triathlon programme incorporating some of the Brownlee Brothers favourite sessions and you’ll get an insight into the structure that made them so successful.

    The Sprint distance plan has a good balance of Aerobic and interval training periodised to take you through to race day. The plan contains some key sessions including Bike to Run (brick session) which simulated racing and also a full race distance swim to help you grow in confidence.
    With a flexible schedule that can be adapted to fit around work and other commitments, the targeted workouts gradually increase in intensity to boost your speed, endurance, technique, and confidence.

    ABOUT THE PLAN

    This plan contains Beginner, Intermediate and Advanced options for most sessions depending on your experience level, its level is defined as:
    BEGINNER: New to triathlon and looking to complete your first triathlon
    INTERMEDIATE: Possibly having done a triathlon before and looking to be better
    ADVANCED: Seasoned triathlete
    Brownlee Fitness strongly recommends that you consult with your physician and other medical professionals before beginning any training plan.
