Plan Description
This plan is designed for the beginner and intermediate athlete and focus more on swimming in general to assist athletes to become more comfortable/ stronger in the water.
This plan is also for the athlete with a decent base already developed.

ABOUT THE COACH:
With more than 15 years of swimming and triathlon coaching as well as competing as an age group swimmer and competing on a national and international level in triathlon, I have coached athletes across all levels both nationally and internationally and helped them reach their goals in their respective sports ranging from swimming, cycling, running, multisport, triathlon and adventure racing at local races as well as qualifying and competing at World Champonship races.
Communication is the key between the coach and the athlete to reaching goals and staying injury free.
