Plan Description

A sprint training plan made BY Athenas, FOR Athenas. This version of the plan is for the more experienced athena triathlete who needs a little push to get back to racing.
The plan assumes you know how to swim and can swim 1000-1500 continuously, can cycle 30 mins without issue, and run/run-walk 30 minutes without dying.

This plan is great if you're just starting your season and need a boost to get going. No matter what distance you're eventually going, this plan is a good kick in the pants
