Plan de 12 semanas para triatlón sprint.
Está diseñado para un nivel intermedio en triatlón, de un deportista que tenga experiencia realizando algun triatlón previo.
Dentro del plan hay test para evaluar tus zonas de entrenamiento (Si quieres saber más sobre ellas, te invito a leer en mi blog la entrada "Zonas de entrenamiento"(https://www.sininetri.com/blog).

NIVEL RECOMENDADO
- Capaz de entrenar 6 días semana
- Con al menos 8-9 horas semanales libres
