Plan Description
This is an 8 week training plan for beginner triathletes. Athletes should feel relatively comfortable swimming 1 mile (1600 meters), cycling for 45 minutes, and running 30 minutes. Swim and bike workouts are based on rate of perceived effort (RPE) and run workouts are heart rate (HR) based. This plan also includes strength training guidance.
