Plan Description
This plan is ideal for a fit athlete who is looking to improve at the sprint-distance triathlon (.25-.5 mi swim, 10-16 mi bike, 2-4 mi run). The plan itself is 12 weeks. The first week is a prep week that provides information for setting your zones for the bike and the run.

This plan is ideal for an athlete who has at least one previous year experience at the sprint distance.

The plan offers intensity markers using a 5-zone system, which is gauged using power for the bike, and heart rate or rate of perceived exertion for run, swims are RPE-based (directions for determining zones are included in the plan).

If you would like additional one-to-one assistance or coach-guidance, 30-60 minute consults are available for 20% off the current rate. Consultations can be done via phone, Zoom, or similar service for advice about pacing, nutrition, questions about zones, and the like. Athletes local to Arvada, CO or Conifer, CO can arrange for in-person consults as well. Note: these consultations are not included in the original purchase price of this plan. Coach Maria is the owner and head coach of No Limits Endurance Coaching, and the 2021 Outspoken Women in Triathlon Coach of the year. She is an experienced long course triathlete and runner.
