Plan Description

This plan is best for beginner who want to do first Sprint distance triathlon.

The session are based on your rate perceived exertion, on scale 1 to 10 as 1 very easy and 10 max effort. No need for power meter or pace or heart rate monitor. However, all these gadgets will help to get good reference of your feeling and effort.

What to expect:
6-9 hours per week of training divided into:
2 swim sessions 45-60min
2 bike sessions 1-3hrs
2 run sessions 30-90min
2 strength sessions 30-45min

You will spend around 6-9hrs per week, divide it to, between 30-60min per day during week day and 90-3hrs during weekend.


What you need:
For swimming: kick board, power paddles, pull buoy, Fins.
For running: Watch-Timer
For biking: Watch-Timer
For Strength dumbbells
