Plan Description
The goal of this plan is to prepare an advanced athlete for a Sprint Distance Triathlon. This plan specifically prepares the athlete for a course with a hilly bike. The course that this plan was created for is the Sun Devil Draft Legal Classic, but it can be applied to any sprint distance race.
The plan is made of two blocks, 2 building weeks and a recovery week and then a final taper week leading into the race.
You should have a power meter, and regular swim equipment (pull buoy, snorkel, etc).
