Plan Description

Triathlon training planned for all triathletes who wish to develop or maintain their performance.

The objective of this 4-week plan is to create daily training habits, through a training structure where all capacities are worked out over the weeks (Lan, VO2máx, Sprint, Endurance), in all segments, especially in running and cycling. .

Through a balanced management of loads, the variation of workouts allows them to be carried out indoors or outdoors.
