Welcome to the Team Sirius Tri Club -12week Beginner Sprint Tri triathlon Plan!
This plan consists of 1x workout a day approx 1 hr each week day.
Weekends for longer sessions eg Saturday 2-3 hr bike/ bricks and Sunday long runs building to1.5hrs max It also includes one day off each week!
The training times each week range from 5hrs to max 9 hrs each week for the 12 week plan!
