IS THIS PLAN FOR ME?
✔️Assumes athlete is preparing for their first sprint distance triathlon race
✔️ Progresses from 4 to 8 hours of training a week
✔️ Typical week has 2 swim sessions, 3 bike sessions, 2 run sessions and 2 rest days
✔️ Includes race specific sessions such as bricks and open water swimming sets
✔️ Works off a 3 week progression:1 week recovery cycle
🚦Starting point 🚦- the plan assumes that the athlete can swim 1000m (with rests), ride for 45mins and run for 20-30 mins.
