I began as a swim coach many years ago, and began coaching multisport athletes in the last 6 years. I have prepared athletes for Sprint, Olympic, Half Ironman, and Full Ironman distances. I also coach for a local triathlon club, a Masters swim team and have trained athletes for half marathon full marathon and ultramarathon events.
