This plan was designed for Triathletes who already have a decent base in Swim/Bike/Run , and don't want just finish the race, but want to go a little bit beyond.

Every 3 weeks we will have one of recovery, with reduced training for your body to absorb the recent training.
Every strength training routine is included in the weekly plan.

During the race week your training gradually decreases to ensure that you are rested and ready for maximum performance on race day.

Este plano foi pensado para Triatletas que já têm uma base decente em Natação / Bicicleta / Corrida, e não querem apenas terminar a prova, mas querem ir um pouco mais além.

A cada 3 semanas teremos uma de recuperação, com treinamento reduzido para que seu corpo absorva o treinamento recente.
Toda rotina de treinamento de força está incluida no planejamento semanal.

Na semana da prova o seu treinamento diminui gradualmente para garantir que você esteja descansado e pronto para o desempenho máximo no dia da corrida.
