Plan Description

If you are starting in Triathlon, it makes sense to start with a quick and short race.
It doesn't take long to prepare for a Sprint Triathlon race, nor do you need to spend an excessive amount of time training every day.
Our training plans are designed to prepare inexperienced triathletes to successfully complete a sprint triathlon in 12 weeks.
For Beginners in the sport, one workout per day, for 6 days a week and always a day off (rest). The plan is divided into a basic phase; construction phase; peak and Taper phase.
Every 3 weeks we will have one of recovery, with reduced training for your body to absorb the recent training.
During the race week your training gradually decreases to ensure that you are rested and ready for maximum performance on race day.

Se você está começando no Triathlon, faz sentido começar com uma prova rápida e curta.
Não leva muito tempo para se preparar para uma prova de Sprint Triathlon, nem você precisa gastar uma quantidade excessiva de tempo treinando todos os dias.
Nossos planos de treinamento são projetados para preparar triatletas inexperientes para completar com sucesso um triatlo de sprint em 12 semanas.
Para Iniciantes no esporte um treino por dia, durante 6dias da semana e sempre um dia de folga (descanso). O plano é dividido em fase de base; fase de construção; fase de pico e Taper. A cada 3 semanas teremos uma de recuperação, com treinamento reduzido para seu corpo absorver o treinamento recente.
Na semana da prova o seu treinamento diminui gradualmente para garantir que você esteja descansado e pronto para o desempenho máximo no dia da corrida.
