Plan Description

Race ready voor je eerste sprint triathlon in 8 weken!
We stomen je klaar voor een race over volgende afstanden:
500 meter zwemmen
20 kilometer fietsen
5 kilometer lopen
We voorzien gemiddeld 5 uur training per week, waarbij we 2 sessies per discipline voorzien.
De schema's zijn opgebouwd op basis van hartslag.
