This plan is designed for: New triathletes hoping to complete their first sprint distance, pool swim triathlon
Athletes using this plan should be able to:
-Ride a bike
-Run/jog for 2 minutes without stopping
-Swim 25y freestyle
-Bicycle w/ bottle cages & flat kit
-Sport water bottles (compatible w/ bottle cages)
-Running socks (no cotton!)
-Tri shorts & top (or one piece trisuit)
-Watch or similar for timing workouts
All Playtri TrainingPeaks Plans come with a 20 minute virtual consult/Q&A with a Playtri Coach, and two follow up emails with that same coach. Must be used within 6 months of purchase.
