Plan de entrenamiento de fuerza, su aplicación es posible a cualquier deportista de deportes como Triatlón, Ciclismo, Natación, Atletismo... Y un largo, etc
Analizaremos tu Frecuencia Cardíaca tras cada entrenamiento y el TSS generado en cada entrenamiento, y el cómputo final de la semana. Todo ello para controlar tu progreso, y control de la carga.
Para estas sesiones de fuerza, nos apoyamos en vídeos realizados por el equipo técnico de MAG Entrenamientos, para que veas la correcta ejecución de cada movimiento.
