Plan Description
This plan was designed by the coaches of Breakthrough Performance Coaching (BPC), specifically for the Whaling City Triathlon. The plan was created with a beginner/first sprint triathlete in mind. The plan will prepare the athlete to successfully complete the Whaling City Tri on 21 July 2024! BPC coaches will be available throughout the length of the plan to address any concerns the athlete may have.
