Plan de triatlón básico de 4 semanas, que se puede activar en cualquier momento del año.

OBJETIVOS:
1) Probar el entrenamiento con la plataforma Training Peaks mediante un plan económico.
2) Conocer el sistema de Oriol Gili.

CARGA DE ESTE PLAN:
Semana 1 = 8h // Semana 2 = 9h // Semana 3 = 10:30h // Semana 4 = 6h.
Incluye un vídeo especial de técnica de natación.
Se complementa con 1 sesión semanal de fuerza funcional.

ASISTENCIA: Si tienes dudas, puedes contactar por email, en menos de 48h tendrás una respuesta! Además, podemos concertar un Zoom sino fuese suficiente la solución vía email.

1. Plan prediseñado (tiene en cuenta trabajo, familia, y conexión a la cuenta del entrenador).
2. Plan adaptado (ESTE MISMO). Económico, asistencia del entrenador (sin conexión de cuentas).
3. Planes para grupos. Gestión de múltiples planes y deportistas de un club, de forma online.
