A pool-based sprint triathlon plan for beginner and intermediate athletes who want more confidence in the swim.
This 10-week programme keeps the training balanced while giving the swim extra attention through clear, purposeful pool sessions. Bike and run training builds steadily alongside it, so you arrive prepared for the full race rather than treating the swim in isolation.
It suits athletes who are new to triathlon, returning after time away, or simply want a more assured start to their sprint race. Brick sessions and practical transition work help join the pieces together.
Written in the way we coach at TCC Endurance: practical, progressive and honest.
