A sprint triathlon plan for beginner and intermediate athletes who want to make the bike a real strength.
Across 10 weeks, this programme combines pool-based swimming, progressive running and a stronger bike focus. It is a good fit if you are comfortable in the pool, want to develop confidence and endurance on the bike, and still arrive ready to run well off it.
The plan balances useful training with enough recovery to keep it sustainable. You will practise the transitions and bike-to-run feeling that matter on race day, rather than leaving them to chance.
Written in the way we coach at TCC Endurance: practical, progressive and built around training that fits real life.
