Plan Description
Preparación de 6 semanas para un primer triatlón Sprint para principiantes que ya han estado realizando actividad deportiva con anterioridad
La frecuencia de sesiones a la semana es de 6 días, siendo las mas largas las de bici no superando las 2h, y una de 3h
Por falta de tiempo en días podrás meter dos sesiones en un día si te viene mejor
Preparación con poco tiempo diario, y se recomienda hacer GYM dos veces por semana
En las dos primeras semanas añado dos sesiones de trabajo de core y otras dos sesiones de gym donde en todas están los archivos adjuntos a descargar
