Who is this plan for?
This plan is designed for serious triathletes aiming for top age-group performance. It is intended for those with a strong endurance background who can comfortably swim, bike, and run for an hour.
How Do I Measure My Intensity?
This plan presents workout intensity targets by Pace (Run/Swim) and Heart Rate (Bike). Other intensity type versions are available. Each session can be exported to a device; see our Structured Workout page for details.
Do You Have a Guarantee?
