Plan Description
POWER2TRI: OUR EXPERTISE + YOUR GOALS IS THE POWER OF TWO
This 12-week sprint training plan is designed for triathletes who are in their first year of competition or are relatively new to the sport. If you have completed a few sprint triathlons but are looking to step up your training with a structured plan, this program may be suitable for you. It is also an option for athletes who are not yet ready to hire a full-service coach. To be eligible for this plan, you should currently be able to swim 500 yards continuously, cycle for at least 12 miles, and run a 5k.
You will need a running watch or cycling computer that tracks speed, distance, time, and heart rate for these workouts. This plan assumes you have a smart trainer or power meter. In the event that you do not, all bikes workouts can be converted to RPE.
