Training plan focus on my first olympic distance triathlon. Requires a little of bit base, so for you that have done a few sprints and want to merge to an Olympic distance Triathlon, this is the plan for you. This plan have a fitness test for the swim, bike and run. Send your results to the email and we will provide you with your zones and paces for training and racing!
