Chase the PR - or the podium. This 12-week Olympic-distance plan is built for experienced triathletes who want every session to count toward a faster 1500m swim, 40K bike, and 10K run.
Who it's for: seasoned racers. Before you start, you should be able to swim 2000m continuously, ride 2 hours, and run 8 miles comfortably, and already be training 5+ hours per week.
What you get: 6 days per week with 2 swims, 3 rides, 3 runs, and weekly brick sessions that make race-day transitions automatic. Tempo rides at 75-85% FTP, tempo runs at 85-90% of threshold pace, and threshold swim sets raise your ceiling week by week. Every workout is fully structured with named steps and exact intensity targets and syncs straight to Zwift, Garmin, and your other devices. The plan builds progressively with a recovery week every 4th week, race-specific sharpening in the final block, and a full taper so you arrive rested and fast. Key sessions include coach notes on why the workout matters, how it should feel, and what to do if you miss a day - plus a full race-week checklist and pacing plan.
You're putting in the work, but something isn't clicking - same pace, a nagging injury, or a plan that doesn't fit your life. I build training around you: your fitness, your schedule, your goals. I'm Bryce Beckstrand - 15 years racing everything from 5Ks to a full Ironman, still racing, and I never ask you to do something I'm not doing too.
