A lower-volume 12-week route to your first Olympic-distance triathlon.
Built for beginners with limited time, this plan helps you prepare for a 1500m swim, 40km bike and 10km run without needing every spare hour for training. You will build a steady routine across all three sports, learn how to use brick sessions well and arrive with a clear idea of how to pace race day.
It is ideal if you already have some basic swimming, cycling and running fitness, but need a realistic structure to take you to the start line.
Written in the way we coach at TCC Endurance: practical, progressive and built around real life.
