Requirements
To start this plan, you should be able to:
• Swim at least 200–800 meters continuously
• Ride comfortably for 30–60 minutes
• Run continuously for 15–30 minutes
• Train consistently 3–5 days per week
• Have a basic understanding of swimming, cycling, and running fundamentals
A GPS watch and heart rate monitor are recommended. A bike power meter can be helpful but is not required.
