Training progresses steadily while allowing adequate recovery, making it ideal for athletes balancing training with work, family, and daily responsibilities.
If you already have a basic fitness foundation and are ready to train consistently for the next four months, this plan provides a clear roadmap to race-day success.

Requirements
To start this plan, you should be able to:
• Swim at least 300–1,000 meters continuously
• Ride comfortably for 45–75 minutes
• Run continuously for 20–40 minutes
• Train consistently 4–5 days per week
• Have a basic understanding of swimming, cycling, and running fundamentals
A GPS watch and heart rate monitor are recommended. A bike power meter can be helpful but is not required.
