Training is designed to be challenging yet achievable, allowing beginners to build fitness while maintaining adequate recovery.

Requirements
To start this plan, you should be able to:
• Swim at least 400–1,000 meters continuously
• Ride comfortably for 60–90 minutes
• Run continuously for 25–45 minutes
• Train consistently 4–5 days per week
• Have a basic understanding of swimming, cycling, and running fundamentals
A GPS watch and heart rate monitor are recommended. A bike power meter can be helpful but is not required.
