This 8-week Olympic Distance Beginner plan by GA Endurance is designed for athletes who already have a basic endurance background and need a short, focused build toward an Olympic Distance triathlon.
Due to the limited preparation time, this plan is best suited for athletes who are already training regularly and can comfortably participate in swim, bike, and run workouts. The primary focus is on developing race-specific fitness, improving endurance, and preparing for the demands of race day.

Requirements
To start this plan, you should be able to:
• Swim at least 1,000–1,500 meters continuously
• Ride comfortably for 90–150 minutes
• Run continuously for 45–60 minutes
• Train consistently 5–6 days per week
• Have recent experience with swim, bike, and run training
A GPS watch and heart rate monitor are recommended. A bike power meter can be helpful but is not required.
