Is This Plan For You?
This 6-week Olympic Distance Beginner plan by GA Endurance is designed for athletes preparing for an upcoming Olympic Distance triathlon and needing a short, focused training program to prepare for race day.
Due to the limited timeframe, this plan is not intended for complete beginners starting from zero fitness. Instead, it is designed for athletes who already have recent swim, bike, and run experience and want a structured approach to improve race readiness, endurance, and confidence before their event.
If your race is just around the corner and you need a practical plan to guide your final weeks of preparation, this program provides a clear path to the starting line.
