Because of the shorter preparation period, this plan is best suited for athletes who already have a basic fitness foundation and can comfortably participate in regular swim, bike, and run training. The program focuses on building race-specific endurance, improving confidence across all three disciplines, and preparing you for the demands of race day.
If you are ready to train consistently over the next ten weeks and want a practical roadmap to your first Olympic Distance finish, this plan provides the structure and guidance you need.

Requirements
To start this plan, you should be able to:
• Swim at least 750–1,500 meters continuously
• Ride comfortably for 90–120 minutes
• Run continuously for 45–60 minutes
• Train consistently 5–6 days per week
• Have recent experience with swim, bike, and run training
A GPS watch and heart rate monitor are recommended. A bike power meter can be helpful but is not required.
