Requirements
To start this plan, you should be able to:
• Swim at least 1,000–2,500 meters continuously
• Ride consistently for 90–180 minutes
• Run continuously for 45–75 minutes
• Train consistently 4–6 days per week
• Have prior experience with structured endurance training
A GPS watch and heart rate monitor are recommended, and a bike power meter can further enhance training accuracy.
