Plan Description

This program is designed for triathletes who are confident covering the Olympic (Standard) distance and are ready to push for a personal best.

The plan is built around power-based cycling, with run sessions guided by pace or heart rate, ensuring precise, controlled training that translates directly to race-day performance. Bike sessions can be completed outdoors or on the turbo trainer using ERG mode for accurate power execution.

There is a strong emphasis on quality work across all three disciplines — structured intensity, race-pace efforts, and speed development — so you’re ready to change gears when it matters.
