Plan Description
The Triathlon Transformation plan is an 8-week integrated strength, training and nutrition program designed to help triathletes become stronger, leaner, and more powerful.
This program is a collaboration between an accredited High Performance Triathlon Coach, a level 3 CrossFit Coach and an accredited Sports Nutritionist - all active triathletes.
It is specifically for triathletes who want:
More power, better durability, improved body composition and greater confidence fueling training
Every session and nutrition principle is designed to transfer directly to triathlon performance.
What’s Included
Triathlon-Specific Strength Training
3 structured strength sessions per week.
Focused on power, muscular endurance, and tendon durability
Designed to support — not interfere with — endurance training
Triathlon Training
A total of 6 swim, bike, and run sessions per week with beginner/intermediate/advanced athlete options in preparation for a standard distance triathlon
Purposeful sessions with clear intent, structured to work alongside strength training
Note that the plan can be modified to integrate with exsiting triathlon training.
