This 12-Week Olympic Distance “Finish Strong” Plan is built for athletes who want structure, consistency, and a strong result on race day. It’s perfect for beginners and intermediate athletes who already have a basic fitness foundation and want a clear, no-nonsense program designed by a coach who understands real-life schedules.
Every week is strategically structured to build endurance, speed, and race-day strength without overwhelming your time. All you need is a GPS watch, a bike or smart trainer, running shoes, and—if you have it—heart-rate or power data for extra precision.
This is a self-guided plan, but you’ll get the same coaching philosophy I use with my athletes: simple, smart training that works. And if you ever need support or want to level up with 1:1 coaching, you can reach out anytime.
