🏊‍♂️🚴‍♂️🏃‍♂️ Mesociclo 1 – Base Inicial (Sprint y Olímpico)

El Mesociclo 1 es el primer bloque estructurado de la preparación hacia la distancia Sprint y Olímpico, diseñado para deportistas de nivel intermedio a avanzado que buscan construir una base sólida antes de entrar en fases más exigentes.

Este bloque de 4 semanas se centra en mejorar la capacidad aeróbica, la técnica y la fuerza general, con el objetivo de asentar las bases que permitirán soportar mayores volúmenes e intensidades en los siguientes mesociclos.

🧭 Objetivos del Mesociclo 1

- Recuperar sensaciones y ritmo tras la pretemporada.
- Mejorar la base aeróbica (Z1–Z2) en las tres disciplinas.
- Consolidar rutinas y volumen semanal estable (sin fatiga).
- Iniciar la fuerza general y la movilidad activa.
- Fomentar técnica en natación y carrera.

📆 Estructura semanal

Duración: 4 semanas
Carga: Progresiva, con la 4ª semana de descarga activa.
Frecuencia:

-> 3 nataciones (1 técnica, 1 aeróbica, 1 mixta)
-> 3 ciclismos (2 en rodillo, 1 largo)
-> 3 carreras (1 técnica, 1 rodaje, 1 transición)
-> 2 fuerzas (base + compensatorio)

📦 Incluye:
- Planificación completa semana a semana.
- Estructura diaria detallada por sesión.
- Control de cargas para adaptar el esfuerzo al nivel individual.
- Continuidad con el Mesociclo 0 (pretemporada), también disponible.
